A custom architectural object needs an evidence-led damage process and a remedy proportionate to what is verified.
Custom work and change of mind
Personalised and made-to-order pieces cannot be treated like standard shelf goods once proof approval and production have begun. Any cancellation or change request is assessed against work and materials already committed.
Transit damage
Report visible or functional damage promptly with photographs of the outer packaging, internal supports, object and shipping label. Keep every packing component while the carrier and remedy are reviewed.
A fair remedy path
Depending on the verified issue, the appropriate path may be replacement of a part or light module, repair, remake, collection or refund. No outcome is promised before the evidence and scope are assessed.
Proofed differences
Natural material variation and details explicitly approved in the proof are not automatically defects. Material substitutions or dimensional changes outside the approved proof should be raised for review.
Before you commission
All visuals are concept renders. Final dimensions, façade detail, light mood and inscription follow the approved proof. Electrical designs use a low-voltage system and replaceable LED module.
