A clear proof needs clear terms.
These concept terms describe the intended gated workflow and must be replaced by final operating terms before commercial launch.
Concept storefront
Architectural Memory Lamps is presented as a pre-launch concept storefront. Submitting a form or order intent does not create a confirmed order, reserve capacity or trigger payment.
Quotes and pricing
Catalog prices are indicative INR starting prices. GST, shipping and unusually complex design work may alter the final quote. A commission proceeds only after written scope, price, schedule and payment terms are agreed.
Proof approval
The commissioner is responsible for reviewing names, dates, façade details, simplifications, dimensions and light mood shown in the proof. Changes after approval may require a revised price and schedule.
Rights and references
The commissioner must have permission to supply and use submitted photographs, drawings, logos, crests or protected marks. The studio may decline subjects or details that are unsafe, restricted, disrespectful or outside the agreed format.
Safe use
Use the lamp indoors unless the final scope explicitly states otherwise, keep it dry, use only the compatible low-voltage adapter and follow instructions for the replaceable LED module. Decorative lamps are not toys or primary room lighting.
Before you commission
All visuals are concept renders. Final dimensions, façade detail, light mood and inscription follow the approved proof. Electrical designs use a low-voltage system and replaceable LED module.
